Naming a learning objective at the beginning of your lesson only makes sense if it is referred to at the end. You can use an exit ticket for this.
The two most commonly used lesson components for this in LessonUp are two open-ended questions:
"Write down three things you have learned this lesson."
"Ask one question about something you haven't understood very well yet."
Applying an exit ticket is a clear example of formative assessment in LessonUp, focusing on the learning process. With an exit ticket, you give students the opportunity to reflect on the lesson, both on the content and their own role and the knowledge they have gained. The exit ticket also gives you input for the starting point of the next lesson.
