Step 1: Open the new lesson editor
Open the new lesson editor by clicking ‘New lesson’ in ‘My LessonUp’ and then choose for ‘New lesson editor’.
Step 2: Add a multiple choice question
Click on + Add Slide and choose Multiple Choice Question. A multiple choice question will now be added to your lesson.
Step 3: Add the question and answer options
Enter your question in the text box and add answer options in the white answer boxes.
You can adjust the size of the answer options in the floating menu so they are easy to read for everyone in the class.
Mark the correct answer by checking the box in the floating menu next to "Correct."
If you add two answer options, only two answer options will be shown to the students.
Step 4: Extra formatting options
You can customise the multiple choice question by changing the background colour or by adding text, images or other components.
If you add a second textbox, you can recognise the textbox displayed as a question on the students' screen by the ‘Question’ label when you select the textbox. This way, it is always clear what text students see on their screens.
