We are sorry to hear that you want to delete your LessonUp account. Deleting your LessonUp account cannot be undone. Once you've clicked 'Delete account', you have 30 days to restore it. After 30 days, your account will be permanently deleted, including:
Your personal data
Your lessons* (self-created or saved)
Your uploaded files
Your classes*
*Lessons in shared folders will remain.
*When your lesson containing your files is copied, these files remain available in the copied lesson.
*Your class will remain available for students to view the shared lessons.
Here's how to delete your LessonUp account.
Step 1
Log in to LessonUp and click on your name at the top right. Then click on 'My account'.
At the bottom of this page, you will find the option to delete your account.
Step 2
Indicate why you want to delete your LessonUp account and confirm that you understand that all your lessons, classes and uploads will be deleted after 30 days. Then click 'Delete account' at the bottom right of your screen.
Your account is now scheduled to be deleted in 30 days. You can still stop your account from being deleted within these 30 days by clicking the 'Keep account' button in 'My account'.
If you do not wish to keep your account, after 30 days you will receive an e-mail confirming that your account has been permanently deleted.
