Files with special characters such as é, à, ï, õ cannot be downloaded from your lesson(s)/uploads.

Are you trying to download a file from a lesson(plan) or your uploads, but it's not working? This is likely because there are special characters in the file name.

Before uploading the file to LessonUp, make sure to remove any special characters from the file name. Examples of special characters include accents such as; (è), (ê), (ã) and (ë).

Once you've removed these special characters from the file name, you should then be able to upload the file and use it normally.
