As the administrator of the school subscription, you can enter 'License Management Contact' under the 'Administrators' section in the administrative environment. The contact information you provide here is visible to all members of the school subscription (or teachers who are solely linked to the data processing agreement). This way, they know who to contact if they wish to request or relinquish a licence.
