In the shared folder, you can collaborate in real time with your colleagues and easily share teaching materials.

Select the lesson you want to move to the shared folder. Then click on the three dots and choose 'Move'. You can now move the lesson to the shared folder. The lesson is going to be visible to all teachers working within the same school subscription.

Tip: When you move a lesson to the shared folder, make sure to create a copy of that lesson and save it in your own LessonUp folder. This ensures that you can't lose it.

You can also choose to create a lesson directly in the shared folder. The advantage of doing so is that the lesson is immediately visible in the shared folder, and does not need to be moved from your LessonUp account. Additionally, you can create subfolders in the shared folder, allowing you to create a folder structure based on subject or theme.
