It may occur that you have logged into LessonUp from multiple devices. For security purposes, your account can only remain active in one location at a time.

You will receive the following message. Based on your situation, we explain what to do.

Click 'log out on all other devices' to continue on the current device. If you're unsure whether you forgot to log out on another device, change your password to ensure that no one else has access to your LessonUp account.

🀝 I collaborate with colleagues on a single account

It is no longer possible to work with multiple colleagues on one account as it may affect LessonUp's optimal functioning. However, you can still easily collaborate with colleagues within the school subscription. Feel free to contact us for more information.
