Explanation on how to place the text in the center of a text box

Updated over a year ago

With text boxes (via: +Component) in LessonUp, you can position text anywhere on your slide. These text boxes can then be entirely customised according to your preferences.

At times, it might be necessary to neatly centre text within the text box. In LessonUp, you can centre text both horizontally and vertically within text boxes.

Go to the settings of the text box (via: cogwheel -> pencil icon), then click on the desired centring options:

After pressing 'Ok,' the centred text will be visible.

Important to note: Particularly when rounding off text boxes, it's wise to centre the text. This helps prevent text from becoming difficult to read due to the rounding.
