If a student uses LessonUp in multiple browser tabs or is signed in on multiple devices, LessonUp will automatically log the student out for security reasons.

Resolving this is very simple. Ask the student to close all the tabs they have LessonUp open on, on all their devices (except for one) and your student should be able to log back into LessonUp.
