Unfortunately sometimes external students manage to log into your digital class. We cannot prevent this. It is also impossible to find out who it was, as we are not legally allowed to investigate who the student is, partly because of the GDPR regulation.

In most cases, on of your students passes the code to students of other classes.

We therefore recommend you to teach classes in which your students are logged into their LessonUp accounts, and the PIN code can be closed by default.
