If you have multiple Google accounts (for example, through your school environment), you may encounter difficulty logging into LessonUp with the 'correct' account. This can be frustrating but is quickly resolved.

Open a new tab in your browser and navigate to www.google.com. In the upper-right corner, you will see the account you are currently logged in with on Google.

Click on it, and you will see the option: Add Account. Use this option to add the other Google account.

Now, go back to LessonUp and log out. When you choose 'Log in with Google' again, you will be able to select from multiple Google accounts.

Good to know: a Google account may not always appear as a typical Google account at first sight. It's not necessarily a @gmail account. Many schools using Google Suite for Education often have email addresses like '@theirschoolname.nl'.
