Using the traffic light during your lesson

Updated over 2 years ago

The use of a β€œtraffic light” in class is a common way to teach students to focus during independent work in a classroom situation.

The classification that is then usually used is: red for working in total silence, no questions may be asked; orange if questions may be asked of the teacher or softly collaborate and discuss with each other; green is the normal situation where students collaborate with each other at a 'normal' volume.

Of course, these are conventions that may vary by school/class/teacher.

Click on '+ Component', and then on 'traffic light'.

As with the other components, you can make the traffic light larger or smaller by adjusting the size of the frame.

For more advanced options to customise the stoplight, click the cog in the box and then click the pencil.
