Lesson reports in the new lesson editor

Updated over 2 weeks ago

With the introduction of the new lesson editor in LessonUp, you can now access lesson reports for lessons youโ€™ve taught in the new lesson editor. This provides valuable insights into student participation and their responses.

๐Ÿ” How to view lesson reports

Follow these steps to access a lesson report:

  1. Teach a lesson using the new lesson editor and have students participate.

  2. Afterwards, go to "My LessonUp".

  3. Locate the lesson, right-click on it, and select "Reports".

๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Choose the right lesson instance

A pop-up window will appear showing when the lesson was given and how many students took part.
Each entry includes:

  • The date and time of the session

  • The number of participating students

๐Ÿ“ˆ Whatโ€™s included in the report?

Once you select a session, the lesson report opens.

The report includes:

  • Date and time of the lesson

  • Number of students present

  • Names of participating students (if entered)

  • Class-level results for interactive slides only, showing:

    • The question or topic

    • Slide number

    • Question type (multiple choice, open, word cloud, etc.)

    • Counts of correct, incorrect, and unanswered responses (where applicable)

Please note: Only interactive slides are included in the report.
